25/July/2026 Starting this weekend, I will be dieting and exercising more regularly. Will try to fix a time for meds and exercise so I don't fall asleep before I work out. Also, no more midnight snacks and fatty foods.
I am also planning on reading my friends' books at long last, and will then be able to leave a review -my favorite part. Not to worry, I always say positive, constructive things. The key to finishing difficult prose or structure is this:
Yeah, a new, more disciplined life is coming up. Tomorrow, and every Sunday, I will go easy running, with mild exercise every 10pm. Dinner must be light. I decided to walk tomorrow, and may run a bit on the way home. Would like to check out some cheap mics down at the DigiMall since the Bomge takes 2 mics.
So I ate less and worked out by circa 10pm, took meds at 11pm. May walk to Stars Picker tomorrow if my digestion permits. Sometimes I get backed up for several days. Recorded another mic test, 'To the Well'. Sounds good. Came under heavy fire from children, angry, and unreasonable. People advised me not to bear as being sick / disabled, I will be overrun easily.
Managed to secure a fresh pair of Spinfits for my Sony WF-C500 TWS buds. I use the SBC-XQ wireless protocol in Linux. And my ears take the MS size. Much of the Liew sorcery was deflected by a degree of callus-giving. Most are easy to reverse tho unsightly, thus a good deterrent. The walk in the sun also did me good. Mom will be making dinner tonight. I will, I guess be playing with my audio gear. Work on the code later in the night.
Have switched my interface over to the Core i5 laptop, also my blogging and processing KoangDeLambe comics. The netbook will be for running OBS-Studio for the HandyCam. My desk space is now decluttered and reorganized as well, just the minimum (drawing) tools and computer equipment.
Last night's church blowup resonates into Monday afternoon. Religion can be so sensitive, and this might form the topic of this week's KoangDeLambe. It will feature witchcraft and blackmail, and maybe Spot the dalmatian. Folks bought me KFC for lunch and a MiXue coffee which isn't very nice but was iced. We talked a bit more about the sorcery and how it turned people one against another, that it was a fact of life in these end years before Jesus' return. Perhaps that is why many people will cry when they see him. It is a regret and finally, the release from sin.
I lost the A string this morning, off my c40. There was a deal on Savarez low tensions so I ordered a pack same-day. These are light and airy, a change from its old D'addario folk nylons. They're easier to tune and might sound nicer in recordings too. The attacks from the Liew witches are raining down particularly on head and hand nerves.
Recorded a few songs as sound checks. Some sound good. The new nylon classical Savarez strings make a lot of difference. I found I have ot hold the mic to get a better signal from my voice. Quite pleased with some tracks for their transparency and natural reverb. Ate supper, brushed, and worked out. Liew witchy forces continue to maraud despite being given a golden opportunity to clean up.
